Allende

 

Historical Polit-Thriller

 

Chilean Socialist and Constitutional President, Salvador Allende, faces the last beats of life of his turbulent 3-year government. Winds of war are in the air when Allende makes a move to control the military: he appoints the loyal General Pinochet as his new Chief of Staff. A few hours past midday, Allende takes his own life, and the military, led by Pinochet, take over the nation.
